Why this exists
Most driver job boards are built around pay, because pay is easy to sort by. But drivers rarely leave a carrier over cents per mile. They leave because they missed something at home that mattered.
So we built this the other way around. Schedule first ... what the fleet actually runs, not what the recruiting page advertises. Then pay, translated into what lands in your account. Then equipment, freight, and everything else that decides whether a job is livable a year in.
Who's behind it
HomeTimeJobs is built by Paul Ann Media, from inside trucking operations, not outside them. We work in this industry every day ... recruiting, safety, maintenance, dispatch ... which is how we know which questions actually matter and which ones recruiters hope you don't ask.
How we make money
Carriers pay us when we connect them to a driver who fits. You never pay anything. We'd rather send a carrier five drivers who stay than fifty who quit in ninety days ... which means telling you honestly when a job isn't a fit for what you need.
What we won't do
- Sell your information to anyone you didn't ask to hear from.
- Blast your phone number to a dozen carriers at once.
- Tell you a schedule is guaranteed when the carrier only calls it a target.
