Privacy
Plain English. What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to make us delete it.

Driver matching isn't open yet. Until it opens, the only thing this site collects is a privacy request, if you send one below. This page also describes what happens once matching opens.
What we collect
- What you type into the matching formName, phone, email, the home time you want, and your CDL-A experience. Nothing else: no résumé, no Social Security number, no license number.
- What any website receivesOur host (Netlify) records standard request data, like IP address, browser type and the page asked for, to keep the site running and secure. We don't add analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies.
- What you send us on this pageIf you use the request form below: your email, what you are asking for, and any details you add. Used only to answer you.
- What stays on your phoneThe pay comparison and schedule picker run in your browser. What you type there is never sent to us.
What we use it for
- Matching you with carriers whose schedule fits what you asked for.
- Calling, texting or emailing you about those matches. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and working.
Who sees it
- Carriers you're matched to, and only after we've told you which ones. Not a list of a dozen at once.
- Companies that run the site for us, like our web host, which stores form entries. They can use it only to provide that service.
- Anyone the law requires, such as a court order.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising. Ever.
How long we keep it
Form entries are kept for up to 12 months after we last talked with you, then deleted. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.
Your choices
- See what we have about you.
- Correct it.
- Have it deleted, including from any carrier we sent it to, where we can.
- Stop calls, texts or email from us. For texts, reply STOP.
Some states give you these rights by law. We give them to every driver, wherever you live. We'll answer within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
AI
We don't use your information to train AI models, and AI doesn't decide who you're matched with. More on how we use AI is on our transparency page.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and form entries are stored with our web host, not in spreadsheets or inboxes passed around. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.
Who this is for
HomeTimeJobs is for adults looking for CDL driving work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, if we have your contact information, tell you before it applies to you.
