How we make money

Carriers pay us when we connect them to a driver who fits. Drivers never pay anything. Driver matching isn't open yet; until it is, nobody pays us anything.

What decides a match

Schedule first: the home time you asked for and what the fleet actually runs. Then pay, then equipment, freight and everything else.

• Carriers can't pay to be matched to you or to rank higher. If paid listings ever exist, they will be labeled as paid where they appear.
• A person reviews every match before anything goes to a carrier, and we tell you which carriers first.

Our guides

The Home Time and Pay guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Pay rules like per diem affect people differently; check with a tax professional. If a guide changes in a way that matters, we update it.

How we use AI

• We use AI tools to help us research, write, design and make images. A person reviews everything before it is published, and we stand behind it as our own work.
• The photos on this site are AI-generated illustrations. The people and places in them are not real drivers, carriers or homes.
• AI does not decide who gets matched or who a carrier hears about. People do.
• We don't use what you send us through this site to train AI models.
• Our pages are open to AI search tools (see robots.txt and llms.txt) so they can describe us accurately.
